Booking & visa policy+
- The day after booking, the company sends the list of documents required for the visa.
- Within the next 10 working days, a company representative visits your home and collects your visa documents.
- Over the following 10 working days, the visa department checks your documents.
- If your documents are eligible for a Schengen Visa, your visa will be processed; otherwise your advance deposit will be fully refunded to the same account within 7 working days.

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking. Remaining 50% of the total package cost at least 25 days before tour departure.
- This package is non-changeable and non-refundable after visa clearance.
- My Trip World only provides visa service and plays no role in the grant or rejection of a visa. The decision to grant or reject a visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy / high commission.
- The customer must follow the instructions of the tour manager/representatives and maintain punctuality throughout the tour.
- My Trip World shall not be responsible for services missed due to delays caused by the traveller.
- In case a package is affected by natural calamities, weather conditions or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives subject to arrangements with its vendors and travel partners.
- My Trip World does not own or directly control airlines, hotels, restaurants, coaches or other third-party facilities included in the tour and therefore cannot be held responsible for failures attributable to independent suppliers where the company itself is not at fault.
- Travellers are responsible for checking in for flights at the correct time and reporting for all pre-booked components of the holiday.
- No refund or credit may be available for services missed because of the traveller's failure to report on time.
- Travellers must behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws and regulations throughout the journey.
- Any traveller whose behaviour creates a safety concern, causes serious disruption or violates applicable laws may be removed from the tour without refund.
- Travellers will be responsible for damage or loss caused by their own actions.
- Travellers should obtain suitable travel insurance covering relevant travel risks.
- Personal belongings and baggage remain the responsibility of the traveller except where liability arises directly from the company's established negligence.
- Smoking is prohibited in vehicles operated by the company. Smoking-room requests at hotels will remain subject to availability.
- Government taxes and statutory charges will be payable as applicable.
- Booking the package constitutes acceptance of My Trip World's booking conditions, privacy policy and applicable terms of service.
